Before

You get a one-page checklist of what to have on hand: written programs, training records, the 300 log, your last inspection or citation if any. Nothing to prepare beyond finding them.

On site

Dale walks the work, talks to a foreman or supervisor, and looks at the same things OSHA looks at. He tells you what he sees as he sees it.

After

A short written summary: the three fixes with the biggest effect on your exposure, roughly what each takes, and an honest read on whether you need help or just a plan.
